Catherine Lombardi is opening soon! Part of the process in getting the restaurant open is hiring an entire staff. Mark & Francis have been holding marathon interview sessions to find people with "the right stuff" for both Stage Left and Catherine Lombardi. Sometimes they do and sometimes they just come out with amusing anecdotes.

Susan Samson is the owner of Sakonnet Vineyards in Little Compton, Rhode Island. Susan's wines have won many awards. She attributes her success in part to the unique climate and location. Her vineyard is on the ocean and the soil is has a unique composition imparted by glaciers during the ice age. You should visit.
