From his days at Water Cafe and Oceana to his own "RM Seafood" in New York Chef Moonen is one of America's best chefs. He and The Guys have known each other for years and Rick has cooked The Guys some of the best meals in their lives.
He now oversees a 16,000 square foot space at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas. There he operates two restaurants: The R Bar Cafe, a more casual spot and Restaurant RM a more intimate fine dining experience. Both restaurants feature the finest seafood in the middle of the dessert.
