No Kids Aloud; Sam Gugino

"I'd like to sit in the no children section please." Mark and Francis discuss the policy recently instituted by a Chicago coffee shop which posts a sign "Children of all ages must use their inside voices." This action has stirred up quite a bit of controversy, there may even be a boycott.

The Guys welcome back food writer Sam Gugino to talk about olive oil. Italians focus on the quality of ingredients and olive oil is the corner stone of Italian cooking. Olive oil can be used for cooking or as a condiment. Adding some good quality olive oil can brighten up all the flavors of the dish, similar to what salt can do for a dish. At Catherine Lomardi we serve Frantoia Olive Oil - a Tuscan style olive oil made in Sicily.

The Restaurant Guys

Who Are The Restaurant Guys? Every week, Francis Schott and Mark Pascal host the Restaurant Guys, a show that's as informative as it is fun. Francis and Mark own Stage Left Restaurant in the heart of New Brunswick's theatre district, and, along with their expertise in a wide range of fine dining and wine matters, they bring to the table humor and intelligent conversation, perfect for the midday listener. The show includes discussions and interviews with famous chefs, restaurateurs, wine and food writers, critics; and the Guys even give stuff away occasionally.
