Chris talks about careers started his career working as a wine rat at Windows on the World for Kevin Zraly. He found this to be a great way to learn about wine. His own organization has internships where students can learn the wine business. Mark, Francis and Chris talk about developing wine lists for various style of restaurants and discuss the great "cork vs. screw cap" debate.
Mark and Francis require every one of their employees to have The Windows on the World wine book and use it as the basis for many of their wine classes.
