From his humble beginnings as one of 11 children in upstate New York Paul Hobbs has emerged as one of the world's great wine makers. His wines are some of the most saught after in the world. Starting in California making single vineyard wines Paul then went on to be a pioneer in Argentina and Chili. Paul is now also starting to make wine in Hungrary, trying to bring back the old world style and greatness Hungararian wines were known for prior to WWII and the rise of communism. You can sample some of Paul's great wines during as we will hold a wine dinner at Stage Left on January 31st.
