Ted Haigh

Ted Haigh, also known, as Dr. Cocktail, is a renowned and influential cocktail historian. He has been researching the cocktail since the 1980s, but made his premier as a true cocktail historian and Dr. Cocktail in 1995, when he was asked to host the American Online spirit boards. Since then he has been quoted and referenced in the New York Times, Esquire, The Malt Advocate, Men's Journal. Today, he is here to discuss his highly praised book Vintage Spirits and Forgotten Cocktails, an homage to great bartenders of the past and the beverages they created.
