Janet Mandel and The Food of La Mancha

Janet Mandel is a freelance Journalist. Although, she was born in America she has spent the last forty years living and experiencing Spain. She has devoted herself to the cuisine and culture of Spain. She is the author of My Kitchen In Spain. Today she is here to speak with us about her newest book "Cooking from the Heart of Spain: Food of La Mancha." In her book, Janet Mandel introduces us to the wonderful world of La Mancha. She provides us with nearly two hundred traditional recipes including tapas, soups, salads, meat and fish, sides, and desserts. Mandel takes us on a Journey filled with fine cuisine, good company and great stories through the hear of Spain. She joins The Guys to talk about this fabulous region and its cuisine.
