Backed by an impressive European pedigree, Fabio Trabocchi has landed at the Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner where he's turning out food that can only be described as extraordinary. The Guys have enjoyed dining at his "Maestro" restaurant and welcome him today to talk about his culinary career. His book: "Cucina of Le Marche : A Chef's Treasury of Recipes from Italy's Last Culinary Frontier" will be released in October.
