Burgers with Mark and Francis

Melissa Muller of NJ Life Magazine reports: Stage Left's Burger Most Delicious in The State: "Wait," he says dramatically. "I have to warn you: You'll never enjoy another burger again. You will be ruined." Ruined? I doubt it. I'm a girl who knows her way around a burger. I've certainly heard the raves about Stage Left's self-proclaimed "best cheeseburger in the world," but doesn't every restaurant promise its food is "the best ever"? I give him a noncommittal nod and bite. And as I succumb to the delicious flavor of perfectly grilled beef, I can think of only one thing: I am ruined.

The Restaurant Guys

Who Are The Restaurant Guys? Every week, Francis Schott and Mark Pascal host the Restaurant Guys, a show that's as informative as it is fun. Francis and Mark own Stage Left Restaurant in the heart of New Brunswick's theatre district, and, along with their expertise in a wide range of fine dining and wine matters, they bring to the table humor and intelligent conversation, perfect for the midday listener. The show includes discussions and interviews with famous chefs, restaurateurs, wine and food writers, critics; and the Guys even give stuff away occasionally.
