Jay Weinstein "The Ethical Gourmet"

With the recent holiday Francis was invited to a "bar-b-que" which actually was a "cook out". Yes there is a difference. Some of "The Guys" favorie places for Bar-b-que include Blue Smoke, Virgil's and Daisy May's (all in New York).

Jay Weinstein writes cookbooks. He has cooked at Le Bernardin. His articles have appeared in the New York Times and Travel and Leisure. He is the editor of the CIA newsletter Kitchen and Cook and he joins us today to speak about his new book "The Ethical Gourmet." Weinstein believes that each of us can do just one thing to make a differnce in the life of a farm worker. The one thing we should all do, according to Weinstein is buy organic milk.
