Nina Planck

Nina Planck grew up on a vegetable farm in Virginia. After moving to London, Nina created farmers' markets in London and Washington D.C, and ran New York Cities Famous green market. She is the author of the Farmers Market Cookbook and hosted a British Television series on local food. She ran Greenmarket, in NYC, the largest network of farmers' markets in the United States. She is here to speak with The Guys today about her newest book, "Real Food: What to eat and why."
