Steven Rinella is a Michigan native and a nature writer. His writings have appeared in the New York Times, Nerve Double Take and The Best American Travel Writing. In his first book The Scavengers Guide to Haute Cuisine Rinella tells the story of his year long adventure in pursuit of preparing forty-five course feast from Escoffier's Le Guide Culinaire, the 1903 masterpiece that still stands as the greatest haute cuisine cookbook ever written. He joins The Guys to talk about his adventure.
