Cast Iron Cooking

Dwayne Ridgaway likes to write niche cookbooks. He is the author of "Indoor Grilling," "Perfect One Dish Meals," "Pizza," and "Sandwiches Panninis and Wraps." He joins us today to speak about one of my favorite ways to cook. His most recent book is entitled, "Cast Iron Cooking: 50 Gourmet-quality Dishes from entrees to desserts."

"Cast Iron Cooking" describes the long standing history and the main attributes of cast iron cooking. Ridgeway provides us with information on how to best use the cast iron. It includes recipes for easy, healthy, gourmet-quality dishes from entrees to desserts made in cast-iron pans.

The Restaurant Guys

Who Are The Restaurant Guys? Every week, Francis Schott and Mark Pascal host the Restaurant Guys, a show that's as informative as it is fun. Francis and Mark own Stage Left Restaurant in the heart of New Brunswick's theatre district, and, along with their expertise in a wide range of fine dining and wine matters, they bring to the table humor and intelligent conversation, perfect for the midday listener. The show includes discussions and interviews with famous chefs, restaurateurs, wine and food writers, critics; and the Guys even give stuff away occasionally.
