Marion Nestle
Professor of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health at New York University
Marion Nestle is the Paulette Goddard Professor of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health at New York University. Her degrees include a Ph.D. in molecular biology and an M.P.H. in public health nutrition, both from the University of California, Berkeley. She won awards from groups including the James Beard Foundation for her book Nutrition in Clinical Practice; Food Politics: How the Food Industry Influences Nutrition and Health. Her latest book is What to Eat: An Aisle-by-Aisle Guide to Savvy Food Choices and Good Eating.
