Ed Behr

Writer, "The Art of Eating"

Ed Behr started life as a carpenter, but abandoned that to become a food writer in the 1980s. He has been publishing the journal "The Art of Eating" since 1986. In 1992, he published a collection of writings on food called "The Artful Eater." He brings to the attention of his readers the best food and wine offerings. The Guys are big fans and Ed joins them to talk of his work.
