Robyn Flipse

Author, The Freshman Fifteen

In "Fighting the Freshman Fifteen" Robyn Flipse warns us about the danger of overeating, overdrinking and under indulging when one enters college. This book is meant to serve as a road map for girls entering their freshman year in college. It explains why the freshman 15 is so common, how to prevent it, what sort of people are bad for your weight, exercise and more. Through out the book Flipse inserts small tips, such as what food to buy, recipes, and exercise tips. Along the way Marchelle and Marissa two sisters who have already battled the freshman 15 tell the reader about their own experiences dealing with the threat of the freshman 15.

The Restaurant Guys

Who Are The Restaurant Guys? Every week, Francis Schott and Mark Pascal host the Restaurant Guys, a show that's as informative as it is fun. Francis and Mark own Stage Left Restaurant in the heart of New Brunswick's theatre district, and, along with their expertise in a wide range of fine dining and wine matters, they bring to the table humor and intelligent conversation, perfect for the midday listener. The show includes discussions and interviews with famous chefs, restaurateurs, wine and food writers, critics; and the Guys even give stuff away occasionally.
