Lettie Teague is an executive editor at Food & Wine magazine. She writes a monthly column for the magazine, "Wine Matters," for which she won the 2003 James Beard M.F.K. Fisher Distinguished Writing Award. She is also the illustrator and coauthor of Fear of Wine. She joins us again today to discuss her new book, Educating Peter.

Educating Peter gives a simple overview of the wine world that would give any reader a better knowledge of wine and wine education. Someone who knows nothing about wine could learn a lot from this book and someone who knows about wine would simply be entertained.

The Restaurant Guys

Who Are The Restaurant Guys? Every week, Francis Schott and Mark Pascal host the Restaurant Guys, a show that's as informative as it is fun. Francis and Mark own Stage Left Restaurant in the heart of New Brunswick's theatre district, and, along with their expertise in a wide range of fine dining and wine matters, they bring to the table humor and intelligent conversation, perfect for the midday listener. The show includes discussions and interviews with famous chefs, restaurateurs, wine and food writers, critics; and the Guys even give stuff away occasionally.
