Tim O'Shea is the co-founder of CleanFish(tm), a company building the US market for artisan fisheries for both wild and cultivated seafood. In the face of large-scale industrial practices that damage marine environments, threaten vital fish stocks, and produce fish of dubious quality, CleanFish is designing a market-based solution in the form of a commercial branding venture. Their growing community of artisan producers employs sustainable practices resulting in seafood endorsed by the likes of former Restaurant Guys guest Thomas Keller and chefs at top Bay Area restaurants such as Aqua, The Hayes Street Grill, and Oliveto.
