Top Chef Hung Huynh

Hung Huynh works as the Executive Sous Chef at one of the most expensive restaurants in Las Vegas, Guy Savoy. Born in Vietnam and trained in classic French and Asian cuisine, Hung Huynh believes in cooking from the soul. Hung Huynh especially loves seafood because he says there are a million varieties and flavors to combine. Hung Huynh has traveled the world over learning different types of cuisines, and he speaks four languages. Hung Huynh incorporates Asian, French and Spanish influences in his cooking. If he were a food, Hung Huynh says, "I would be spicy chili--it takes a while to get used to, but once you eat it you always come back for more." The Restaurant Guys

Who Are The Restaurant Guys? Every week, Francis Schott and Mark Pascal host the Restaurant Guys, a show that's as informative as it is fun. Francis and Mark own Stage Left Restaurant in the heart of New Brunswick's theatre district, and, along with their expertise in a wide range of fine dining and wine matters, they bring to the table humor and intelligent conversation, perfect for the midday listener. The show includes discussions and interviews with famous chefs, restaurateurs, wine and food writers, critics; and the Guys even give stuff away occasionally.
