Next Iron Chef Aaron Sanchez

Aaron Sanchez is a leading contemporary Latin chef in the United States. He co-hosted "Melting Pot" on the Food Network with fellow Chef Alex Garcia. He has opened several restaurants, including the New York Times' acclaimed Paladar. He and Paladar are the recipients of the 2001 Time Out New York Award for Best New Lower East Side Restaurant as well as the 2002 Time Out New York Eating and Drinking Guide Award for Best Latin Restaurant. He is the author of the book La Comida del Barrio. Sanchez also competed as a challenger on "Iron Chef America" on the Food Network. Most recently, Sanchez was a contender on Food Network's "The Next Iron Chef". He joins us today to discuss the experience of competing against the best chefs in the country.
