Michael Psilakis

Among big league restaurateurs and celebrity chefs, his is a household name. It might be hard to pronounce, but Michael Psilakis is fast-becoming one of the top chefs in the nation. And his name -- says it all. His Greek heritage is where his culinary inspiration lies, but it's also an obvious reminder and a solid commitment to change the way Americans think of Greek food. Joining us today is Michael Psilakis, owner and chef New York City's Anthos (the first Greek restaurant outside Greece to receive a Michelin Star). He also was at the helm of previous Big Apple establishments Onera and Dona.

The Restaurant Guys

Who Are The Restaurant Guys? Every week, Francis Schott and Mark Pascal host the Restaurant Guys, a show that's as informative as it is fun. Francis and Mark own Stage Left Restaurant in the heart of New Brunswick's theatre district, and, along with their expertise in a wide range of fine dining and wine matters, they bring to the table humor and intelligent conversation, perfect for the midday listener. The show includes discussions and interviews with famous chefs, restaurateurs, wine and food writers, critics; and the Guys even give stuff away occasionally.
