Chris Cosentino

The new season of Food Network's "The Next Iron Chef" brings together eight of the nation's best chefs. These aren't "up and comers." They are established masters of a new cooking generation -- aiming to "stir" things up on the immensely popular show. They're pitted against household names like Batali and Flay, and every episode, one of these new chefs gets eliminated, until we're down to a final chef who can join the likes of "Morimoto," Cat Cora and other Iron Chef superstars. Eliminated last night was San Francisco-area chef Chris Cosentino. He's battled in Kitchen Stadium before, but today he's here to talk about last night's elimination and his culinary hits and misses.

The Restaurant Guys

Who Are The Restaurant Guys? Every week, Francis Schott and Mark Pascal host the Restaurant Guys, a show that's as informative as it is fun. Francis and Mark own Stage Left Restaurant in the heart of New Brunswick's theatre district, and, along with their expertise in a wide range of fine dining and wine matters, they bring to the table humor and intelligent conversation, perfect for the midday listener. The show includes discussions and interviews with famous chefs, restaurateurs, wine and food writers, critics; and the Guys even give stuff away occasionally.
