Robert Tinnell

Robert Tinnell is a prolific comic and graphic novel writer who also had a "prior" life as a Hollywood director (his movies starred Burt Reynolds, Elisha Cuthbert and Ryan Gosling). His Feast of the Seven Fishes book -- a comic and Italian holiday cook book -- received critical acclaim because of its readability and how it relates to so many American families (a big departure from his preferred horror genre). Now, you can say everything's come full-circle, as the book's being made into a movie! Joining us today for the second time, Robert will update us on the film's production, his favorite Italian recipes, and being part of an Italian family in the heart of Appalachia.

The Restaurant Guys

Who Are The Restaurant Guys? Every week, Francis Schott and Mark Pascal host the Restaurant Guys, a show that's as informative as it is fun. Francis and Mark own Stage Left Restaurant in the heart of New Brunswick's theatre district, and, along with their expertise in a wide range of fine dining and wine matters, they bring to the table humor and intelligent conversation, perfect for the midday listener. The show includes discussions and interviews with famous chefs, restaurateurs, wine and food writers, critics; and the Guys even give stuff away occasionally.
