Gael Greene

For more than three decades, the impeccable tastebuds of Gael Greene spawned each weekly edition of her "The Insatiable Critic" column for New York magazine. Now, she remains on staff and contributes heavily to her own website (www.insatiable-critic.com), where blunt yet sexy reviews and foodie lingo can elevate a restaurant's reputation to star-status. She is the co-founder of the Citymeals-on-Wheels food-delivery program, and has written a number of best-selling books (including last year's big hit, Insatiable: Tales from a Life of Delicious Excess). Since it is now the start of 2008, Gael joins us on the show to tell us her predictions for the new year.

The Restaurant Guys

Who Are The Restaurant Guys? Every week, Francis Schott and Mark Pascal host the Restaurant Guys, a show that's as informative as it is fun. Francis and Mark own Stage Left Restaurant in the heart of New Brunswick's theatre district, and, along with their expertise in a wide range of fine dining and wine matters, they bring to the table humor and intelligent conversation, perfect for the midday listener. The show includes discussions and interviews with famous chefs, restaurateurs, wine and food writers, critics; and the Guys even give stuff away occasionally.
