Corby Kummer
Corby Kummer is one of the country's most respected food journalists. He is a writer for The Atlantic Monthly and the author of the book "Joy of Coffee" , which was heralded by the New York Times as "the most definitive and engagingly written book on the subject to date.'' He has also authored "The pleasures of Slow Food-Celebrating Authentic Traditions, Flavors, and Recipes", and has written on this topic (and a host of other interesting topics we will discuss today) for The Atlantic Magazine as well.
