Mark Kurlansky is an award-winning and best-selling author who has written more than a dozen books -- most of which explore the history of food and humanity. He's with us today to expand a bit more on a subject he's recently written about in Bon Appetit -- a subject which a lot of parents in our audience can relate to -- why kids don't eat their vegetables.
