Dana Cowin

Editor in Chief of Food & Wine magazine

As Editor in Chief of Food & Wine magazine since 1995, Dana Cowin has exercised leadership to transform the magazine into an indispensable piece of popular media-a must-read for restaurant lovers, travelers, wine connoisseurs, and cooks alike. In addition to her editorial works, Cowin oversees the Food & Wine culinary book series including titles like "The Best of the Best" and the annual releases: "Food & Wine Magazine's Wine Guide" and "Food & Wine Cocktails". Beyond writing, Cowin serves on the Board of Directors of the New York-based hunger relief organization, City Harvest and has spearheaded the "Skip Lunch, Fight Hunger" campaign. Most remarkably, however, Cowin "partied" her way through a battle with breast cancer and can now proudly call herself a breast cancer survivor!

The Restaurant Guys

Who Are The Restaurant Guys? Every week, Francis Schott and Mark Pascal host the Restaurant Guys, a show that's as informative as it is fun. Francis and Mark own Stage Left Restaurant in the heart of New Brunswick's theatre district, and, along with their expertise in a wide range of fine dining and wine matters, they bring to the table humor and intelligent conversation, perfect for the midday listener. The show includes discussions and interviews with famous chefs, restaurateurs, wine and food writers, critics; and the Guys even give stuff away occasionally.
