Dehydration, Hyponatremia (Over Hydration) & working out with Dr. Jack Kripsak;
Seth Goldman, Founder of Honest Tea

Dr. Kripsak is the Director of Sports Medicine at The Somerset Medical Center Sports Performance and Rehabilitation Center. He joins The Guys to talk about the importance of the right type of hydration while working out in the heat. Water alone is not the answer - as we work out in the heat we lose salt - water dilutes the remaining amount of salt in the body. Dr. Kripsak tells us how to stay hydrated in the summer heat and when participating in athletics.

Honest Tea is one of the products Mark and Francis really respect. Made from real tea leaves (not tea dust) and natural sweeteners (not high fructose corn syrup), this bottled ice tea is clean, delicious and not high in calories. Seth Goldman, co-founder of Honest Tea brewing tea in his kitchen, pouring it in a Snapple bottle (label removed) and hawking his product to Whole Foods. They tried it and ordered 15,000 bottles. After he figured out how to fill that order, he never looked back. Honest Tea is now the biggest selling organic iced tea in the country. Listen to the guys talk tea.
