Josh Ozersky

Time Magazine's food writer

Mark and Francis start the show discussing the recent firing of an Applebee's employee after she posted a copy of someone's receipt on her website after that person crossed out her added gratuity and wrote "I only give God 10%, why should I give you 18%?". What's the whole story? The guys welcome Josh Ozersky, Time Magazine's food writer, to the show to discuss his book, Colonel Sanders and the American Dream. They learn fun facts about Harlan Sanders and what he was doing with his life before he was the Colonel. They also discuss Josh's article about the disappearance of the American middle-class meal.

The Restaurant Guys

Who Are The Restaurant Guys? Every week, Francis Schott and Mark Pascal host the Restaurant Guys, a show that's as informative as it is fun. Francis and Mark own Stage Left Restaurant in the heart of New Brunswick's theatre district, and, along with their expertise in a wide range of fine dining and wine matters, they bring to the table humor and intelligent conversation, perfect for the midday listener. The show includes discussions and interviews with famous chefs, restaurateurs, wine and food writers, critics; and the Guys even give stuff away occasionally.
