Bill Grimes

Bill Grimes was once The Drinking Man columnist for Esquire Magazine. He's written for The New York Time where he was restaurant critic from 1997-2003. He's also authored, among other works, our favorite book on cocktails, Straight Up or On The Rocks: The Story of The American Cocktail. And he's currently working on a new book about the history of dining in New York. Grimes is one of the most eloquent of all food writers. The Guys welcome Bill Grimes to talk about cocktails, dining and more.
