Dr. Paul Rozin
The Guys welcome Dr. Paul Rozin, Professor of Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania who has studied the nature of cuisine in various cultures. In one study he aksed participants what they think of when you say "chocolate", Americans think "guilt," the French think "celebration." In many cultures they spend more time eating yet wind up weighing less. What are the cultural differences in perceptions of food and what are the ramifications for health, enjoyment and culture.
